This blog is dedicated to expose the work of amazing women who work under extremely difficult environments in Kibera slums. Our intention is to bring out their beautiful work to try and establish market linkages to help improve their economic status and improve their lives. Our organization has been at the for front in executing economic empowerment programs for the women in Kibera. In the recent past we have trained diverse women self help groups, and helped them create beautiful jewelry which they are able to sell and generate incomes. This program has helped these groups create really amazing products.
